(02/07/1998) A military boundary stone situated on the E side of the Tavistock to Okehampton road at SX51798350. The roughly dressed pillar, inscribed WD 3, is 0.7m high and 0.3m by 0.25m. Surveyed at 1;2500 scale.

(12/07/2004) War Department marker stone situated at Willsworthy Gate, on east side of A386 opposite old boundary stone (PRN 39674). On muddy bank under hedge and brambles. Chipped along top edge. Inscribed ' W.D. 3'. Dates from c1903.
