Andrew Ellis chest tomb about 7 metres south of the south transept of the Church of St Thomas. Chest tomb. Early 19th century. Granite. Large granite sarcophagus with corner pilasters and recessed panels to the chest an over,sailing moulded lid. Inscription on chest in Gothic lettering commemorates Andrew Ellis, died 1837 and other members of the family. Other details: LBS No 85970.
