Cockington Farmhouse.
Farmhouse. Mid/late 18th century with late 19th century alterations. Colourwashed render over coursed slatestone rubble with some cob; gabled late 19th century slate roof with bracketed eaves; rendered brick end and ridge stacks with bread oven projection to left. 2-unit plan with central staircase and additional service wing to left. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Carved brackets support flat hood over late 19th century six-panelled (2 glazed) door set in beaded architrave. Flat rendered arches over late 19th century six-pane horned plate-glass sashes. Stair turret and 19th century outshut to rear. One-unit service range to left has two late 19th century two-light
casements with glazing bars and late 19th century one-storey extension projecting from front wall. Interior staircase, dado panelling and fireplaces; service wing to left noted as having chamfered beams. Other details: LBS number 91357.
