Summary

Historic farmstead, dating to the mid-late 19th century. Consisted of just one building until the early 20th century, when additional buildings were added, including the dwelling to the north of the main farm. Large modern structure to the south added in the late 20th century.

Farmstead is depicted for the first time on the late 19th century historic map; nothing is shown here on the 1840s Tithe Map. Map shows a single building, aligned north-south, with an enclosure plot to the west.

The early 20th century historic map shows the farm to have been altered substantially at this time. Several new buildings have been constructed near the original late 19th century building and a large square dwelling has been constructed adjacent to an orchard, to the north of the main farm.
