Buckfast Abbey poundstone, reputed to be the largest in Devon, now lost. Mentioned in 1788 by Andrews of Modbury in his manuscript journal of an excursion on Dartmoor, and in 1792 by Laskey who revised this journal.

Buckfast Abbey poundstone, reputed to be the largest in Devon, now lost. Mentioned in 1788 by Andrews of Modbury in his manuscript journal of an excursion on Dartmoor, and in 1792 by Laskey who revised this journal. The dimensions of the stone differ in each. Cider mill.
