Full description

The Ordnance Survey trigonometry point is a 0.2 metre square, red clay tablet, set in a cleft in the rock at 200 feet OD on the summit of the Mewstone. The spot may have been used by Sam Wakeham to set up a flagpole. Other details: Map; site inventory no. 077.
