Conservation works are planned as part of the Tamar Valley Mining Heritage Project. These include repairs to the bridge spanning the route of the main railway line from Devon Consols to Morwellham, to provide structural stability and possibly bring the bridge back into public use. Both faces of the bridge need rebuilding, and if new stone is necessary this should match as far as possible the existing colour and type. Other details: Figure 4, site 180/4; photograph figure 2b.
