No 1 (Laburnum) and No 2 (Laburnum Cottage). 2 storey cob cottages set back from road. Thatched roofs. Renewed casement windows. Plain doors, one with probably C18 hood.
They form a group with Cottage, Rosemary Cottage, St Anthony's, Hillside View, Nos 1 and 2 Rivulet Cottages, Vinnicombe's Bakery, Barnscot, Nos 1 and 2 Thatched Cottages.
