Description

A track to Mounsey Castle (MSO9316), recorded during field survey of Mounsey Wood. [1]

The trackway is shown on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map. It leaves a larger track at SS88632975, heading south / southwest and entering the monument at SS 8860 2964 before circuiting the inside of the feature. [2]

The route of the trackway external to the castle is marked on 2018 MasterMap data. [3]
