Full description
Contemporary records state, "Pill box. Oak Corner Cottage." <1> Oak Corner is to the W of Woodham Mortimer and the cottage and grounds stands in its S quadrant.
An aerial photograph taken in May 1946 shows no apparent sign of the pillbox and nothing of it now remains. <2>
Without more evidence the exact site is not known. The NGR above is that of the cottage.
