Full description

17th century two storey red brick building with tile roof and some half timbering to the rear. Building was formerly the stable block to The Palace [2771] and is now two houses. The rear of the building has modern additions <1>. The building appears on the tithe map for Much Hadham as a ancillary building to the palace. It is also visible on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps.
