A small Roman bath building (35.72). {1}
Well-built, detached, row-type bath house. It measures approximately 34feet east to west by 19feet north to south and is situated some 300 or 400feet south of the Denton villa (PRN30018). The site was excavated by Greenfield for the Ministry of Works in 1959, prior to its destruction by quarrying. It is probably contemporary with the nearby villa, that is 4th century. {2}
