A hall located in Theddlethorpe All Saints. {1}{2}
It was more recently referred to as Hall Farm. {3}
The house dates to the 17th century or earlier and probably originally was an open hall with gabled cross wings. It retains a late 17th century dog leg staircase. {4}
The hall is recorded on the first and second edition Ordnance Survey maps. {1}{5}
Hall Farmhouse is a Grade II Listed red brick house. It was built in the 16th century and altered c.1680. There were further alterations in the late 18th and 19th century. The two storey building is of H-plan with a three bay front. {6}
Hall Farm, Theddlethorpe All Saints. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. Loose courtyard with three sides of the courtyard formed by working agricultural buildings. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been significant loss (greater than 50%) of traditional buildings. Isolated location. Large modern sheds are located on the site. {7}
