Full description

White House is located on the south east side of High Street. It is an early eighteenth century building of course rubble, red brick and a pantile roof and is three bay and two storey. There is a date stone inscribed 'J.D. 1738. H.S.'. Unnamed farmstead, North Scarle. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. Regular courtyard with L-plan range plus detached buildings to the third side of the yard. The farmhouse is detached from the main working complex. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. Located within or in association with a village. {2}
