The description includes Nos 4 and 6 Stamford Road, and was formerly listed as No 120. It was a pair of houses built in 1785, and later became a bank, shop and offices. It was altered in the nineteenth and twentieth century. The building is constructed of squared, coursed limestone rubble and a Collyweston slate roof. It is L-shaped in plan with two stories plus attics.
