PRN 62920
Earthwork remains at SK9669 5448 were described in the nineteenth century by the O.S. 1st edition in 1887 as a 'Roman Encampment'. The O.S. describes them as a sub-rectangular enclosure measuring 220m by 98m. {1}{2}
