Full description

A monument to Thomas Straw who died in 1858. It was constructed of limestone ashlar and wrought iron. It is a table tomb with a moulded base, four clustered columns on each side with moulded bases and stiff leaf capitals, three cusped trefoil arches on each side with foral terminations to the inner cusps and a moulded, inscribed slab above. There are also ornate wrought iron railings around the tomb with spiral decoration and finials.
