Full description

Offices or lawyers chambers built in 1899 as St Hughes Chambers. Believed to be by W E Mortimer and Son for the solicitors A Trotter and A Brook. It is red brick with a Welsh slate roof and half timber gabled bays, pargeting and ornamental stonework. The building is a well preserved and carefully detailed late Victorian commercial building.
