Full description

About 100yds W (of Oldox) a hill rises in a conical shape; the top appears to be a large tumulus. (1)
Round barrow or outlook for Old Ox camp. (2)
The SW spur of Loath Hill is crowned by 2 large mounds, both under grass, the N one ("Robin Hood Hill") with trees also. Both are well in excess of 60.0m diam and over 8.0m high. Neither betrays traces of a surrounding ditch nor artificial scarping, and are almost certainly natural geological features. The hedgerow that traversed the SW mound from E-W has been grubbed out leaving an excavation-like trench across it. (3)
See M 2772 for Old Ox; M 2769, M 5490 for sites 1 mile to W.
