Full description

Trench 2. Contained an area of one of Rahtz's trenches. A substantial nw-se aligned cut, which corresponded with Rahtz's results as a large robber trench indicating the removal of a substantial wall. Demolition deposits contained a mixture of medieval and post-medieval pottery suggesting demolition and stone robbing in the post-medieval period. (1)
