Full description
COCK LODGE SITS ON A SPUR WHICH HAS BEEN CUT THROUGH ON THE NW AND SE FORMING TWO DITCHES EACH WITHAN INNER BANK. ON E AND W SIDES NATURAL SLOPES HAV E BEEN EMPHASISED BY SCARPING AND ADDITION OF ARAMPART THOUGH THERE IS NO DITCH. THERE ARE SEVERAL MODERN BREAKS AND CAUSEWAYED ENTRANCE ON N SIDE.
