Summary

In around AD 1410 a new wharf created a narrower deeper channel.

Description

A new wharf about 1m in front of the oak and wattle revetment (see record 01022.15.400) created a narrower deeper channel in around 1410. It was an oak post structure, with planks nailed to the landward side. This new wharf was about 25m long. At the same time in the southern area of the wharf a warehouse was built <1>.
