Corve Gate was one of seven medieval gates. Corve Street still narrows appreciably where it once stood. The gate was built near the foot of the hill, though it is not clear why <5>

The site of medieval Corve Gate is located at the northwest corner of number 18 Bull Ring [PRN 11034]. <7>
