Some traces of ridge and furrow in the fields N & W of Dudston Farm <1>
EH MORPH SUMMARY EH Unit No. 1: A possible area of ridge and furrow of Unknown Medieval date, seen as an earthwork, and mapped from poor quality aerial photographs.<2>
Parts have been ploughed out since MUMP. <3>
Further ridge and furrow was noted to the east of Dudston Farm (centred on SO 2458 9754) in aerial photograsphs taken in 2008, and the area covered by this monument was extended in this area. <4><5>
Evaluated for MPP in 1990-1, Medium score as one of 91 Irregular Open Field Systems. <6>
