Summary

A short length of wall, probably of post medieval date, was identified during a watching brief on the Shrewsbury South Central (Phase 1) water mains renewal. It may have been a continuastion of a riverside wall recorded to the south (PRN 31105), or may possibly have been part of the foundation of a building which one stood on this side of the abutment of the Old Stone Bridge (PRN 62645).
