Description

An estate appears in Langley at the end of the 15th century known as Leving (alias Parlaunt Manor) this owes its origin to the formation of a new park called at first Langley New Park and later Parlaunt Park <1,2,3>. There was a Manor House at Parlaunt Manor by 1536-7 <4>.
