Full description

Non Antiquity: Gigantic, irregular mound, natural at base. Apparently composed largely of loose sandstone rubble. The size and commanding position suggests a motte rather than a barrow. There is a suggestion of a small bailey to the south. Slight quarrying on the north edge. <1>

Listed as an irregular mound, probable barrow. <2>

This is a natural conical hill. <3>

This is almost certainly a natural feature. <4>

Natural sandstone knoll. <5>
