Full Description

The Lower End of the split parish of Sulhamstead Bannister used to cover Wokefield Park, taking in Goddard's Green and Oakfield <1>. Its eastern boundary was Shinfield parish, with the Burghfield brook forming the north-west boundary for some distance. It contained 555 acres, mainly of London Clay.

The GIS point for this area is for guidance only and is located on the words 'Sulhamstead Bannister' on the 5th epoch of Ordnance Survey map (post Second World War).
