Full Description

A bridge forms part of the drive up to Donnington Grove house, over the eastern end of the lake created within the park from the river Lambourn. The bridge is described as being of ashlar with timber balusters <1>; there are three arches. Although a bridge is shown in this position on historic mapping <2>, the listed structure is suggested to be early 20th century in date.
