  • DITCH (Constructed, Medieval - 1066 AD? to 1539 AD?)
  • WALL (Constructed, Medieval - 1066 AD? to 1539 AD?)

Description

An undated ditch was observed in the angle of the foundation trench. Approximately 4 metres to the north of this ditch was a chalk rubble wall. Late medieval roof tile from the trench spoil suggests that these features are associated with the Bishop's Palace <1>.
