| Summary: | Rosemont Court was erected in the mid 19th century. It was damaged by fire in 1973 and subsequently planning applications were submitted for its partial/full demolition. Rosemont Court as it stands today is a late 20th century building on a similar footprint to the earlier house. It was built in Regency style but contains 14 apartments.
