Summary:	The Neroche Landscape Partnership Scheme (NLPS) was a Heritage Lottery Funded project that ran from 2006 to 2011. It was a community-based multi-disciplinary project that consisted of landscape and heritage based activities that sought to maximise the value of the northern part of the Blackdown Hills AONB for wildlife conservation, access and recreation, learning and skills development. The key elements of the NLPS consisted of partnership working and community engagement, landscape change including forest clearance and cattle grazing, and development of a wide range of activities and projects focused on art, education, local history and recreation. In 2008 the NLPS commissioned a Lidar survey of its project area. The Lidar resource was subsequently developed into a community archaeology project, the Neroche LiDAR Project, the focus of which was the identification of archaeological earthworks and their subsequent verification and basic recording in the field by a team of volunteers prior to their recording on the County HERs. The NLPS lidar imagery was made available to the NMP survey as DSM and DTM raster datasets. New visualisations of this dataset was undertaken for the project using the Relief Visualization Toolbox ver. 1.1, by Klemen Zakšek, Krištof Oštir, Peter Pehani, Klemen Čotar and Žiga Kokalj.
