Full description

OS CITING DAVIDSON, Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV140352.

Soar mill cove. Hawkins described a "danish camp" (unattributed). At berry park on boltberry down is a quadrangular enclosure about 120 feet square, with a circular tumulus at each corner. Nearby is a similar work. The earthworks which command extensive views of the sea and coastline are said to be the remains of a danish settlement (os citing davidson).
