PRN 60683
The remains of a medieval churchyard cross at Howell are comprised of 5 feet of polygonal shaft on two steps, one of which is below ground. An inscription to John Spencer, rector in 1424-48, is around the base of the shaft. The inscription was reported indecipherable in 1965. {1}{2}{3}
