A Methodist Chapel (Wesleyan) is indicated on the 1905 OS County Series map, and appears to be extant. {1}{2}
The chapel has been converted into a house, and very little remains of the original building. {3}
It is considered to be a Significant unlisted building within the Conservation Area. {4}

The site was visited in 2009. The first chapel was built in 1846 and replaced by a new chapel in 1873 which closed in 1973. It has been much altered and refenestrated. The west elevation is constructed of coursed rubble and the north, south and east elevations are rendered though polychrome red and yellow brick dressings remain. The gabled roof has a slate covering. The elevation to the street has a pedimented gable and terminal polychrome brick pilasters with a similar central pilaster. The cornice and plinth are of red brick. The east elevation is of 3 bays divided by polychrome brick pilasters with a narrow central bay and a polychrome eaves cornice.{5}{6}{7}
