A perforated stone of light yellowish sandstone measuring about 3ins by 2ins and 1ins thick, found while cleaning out rubbish from drains leading to the south-east corner of the moat of Stokesay Castle. Possibly Medieval and suggested by Gore as possibly being part of a musical instrument. Retained by Stokesay Castle <1a><1b>
