Visitor Facilities:

Designated public access PC. Library of over 85,000 aerial photographs. Reference library. Secondary files including drawings, excavation reports, maps and other documentary sources.



Range of information available:

Records of archaeological sites, finds and buildings, including fieldwork reports, mapping, photographs, artefact drawings and other documentary sources.

The Norfolk HER is open to public consultation but appointments must be made in advance. We are geographically remote and access by public transport is very limited.

Staff are available to assist with enquiries, although their time is limited.

Charges apply to commercial consultants.
