Visitor desk; photocopying; photographic collection.  In the same building extensive library of national and local periodicals, monographs, books, maps and the record office.

Range of information available:
Records of archaeological sites and finds, including fieldwork, reports, maps and photographs.  It is recommended that an appointment is made to ensure that a member of staff is available to help with enquiries.

We have a dedicated visitor desk and staff will show how information can be accessed.  Photocopying is permitted at the current cost of 10p a sheet.  There are restrictions on the copying of OS data.

There is a charge for large or complex enquiries dependent on the time needed.
