Summary : Supposed Ro statuette - poss forgery
More information : Statuette of mudstone showing a seated figure crudely carved. It is
inscribed on the right side and on the back with lines running
vertically. In 1886 it was recorded as having been found at
Blackmoorgate, about 2 miles NE of Brough-under-Stainmore (NY 8116).
Present location unknown. Considered to be a forgery. (1)
