Summary : The Great Western Railway opened its West London Extension Railway in 1863. Connection was made from Latchmere Junction, north-east of Clapham Junction, to the Windsor and Brighton sides of Clapham Junction, and at Longhedge Junctions connections were made with the West of London and Crystal Palace Railway, and the London, Chatham and Dover Railway. At its west end it was connected to the North and South Western Junction Railway South of Kensington. |
