More information : (SO 3078 7399) "Possible unrecorded Motte". (10 A prominent natural knoll at the head of a valley at SO 30787400. Apart from the construction of a footpath around the base of the mound on the east side, there is no indication of artificial work. There is a similar, but considerably higher, mound to the west. (2)
