Summary : Site of Second World War heavy anti aircraft battery ZW8 at Hurlingham House, Parsons Green. It was armed with four mobile 3-inch guns in January 1940, but listed as unarmed from mid-1940 to 1942. It was guarded by 313 (G) Battery of the 52nd Royal Artillery Regiment in 1940, by the Home Guard in 1942, and by 574 Battery of the 137th (Mixed) Royal Artillery Regiment in 1943.
