Summary : Site of Second World War heavy anti-aircraft battery ZS22 at Grove Park. It was unarmed in 1940-2. It was guarded by 162 Battery of the 54th Royal Artillery Regiment in 1940, manned by 227 Battery of the 71st Royal Artillery Regiment in 1942, and by 525 Battery of the 155th (Mixed) Royal Artillery Regiment in 1943.
