Summary : A Second World War Type 22 pillbox, shell-proof. This pillbox and its associated defensive ditch is situated south of the Kennet and Avon Canal, Devizes.
More information : Type 22 pillbox, shell-proof. S of Kennet and Avon Canal, Devizes. (1) This pillbox can be seen on aerial photographs taken in 1944. It is situated within a small enclosure defined by the canal to the north and a ditch on the remaining sides.(2)
