HER 14232 DESCRIPTION:-

Two small quarry scoops located within Rabbit Ground Plantation, and immediately north of the parish boundary dividing Sherborne from Aldsworth. The scoops are amorphous in plan, and measure a maximum of c.15m across by 0.5m deep. The date of origin of the scoops is uncertain.

In 1994 the scoops lay under woodland.
