A former boundary, first documented on maps dating to c.1820 (Glos RO D678 Acc. 4930; Glos RO D1388) when it divided a narrow arable field called 'Langett' from two arable fields to the east called 'Downs Ground' and 'Harryhead'. The boundary was not shown on the OS County Series map of c.1882. The boundary lay within OS land parcel no.s 7161 and 7700; no trace was observed when these fields were visited in 1994.
