Summary of Monument
The Scrieve Board, a former slip dating from the late C18, with slip cover of 1814-21, later filled in and used as a scrieve board for ship design.

The Scrieve Board is de-scheduled for the following principal reason:
* Upgrading the designation base: its significance and future management will be more appropriately recognised through designation as a listed building.
