The "navis" of Stephanus Columbitus of Genoa, of which he was "patronus" or master, was wrecked in the port of Southampton, "ubi dicitur Cazadones, dum esset ad velum et exeundo de dicto portu" ["at the place called Cazadones, when she was under sail and departing from the said port".] (1)
