The road block is centred at TQ 93378 19331 located on Harbour Road, Rye, where the road crosses the Rye Harbour Drain. The road block is defined by parallel rows of anti tank obstacles, probably concrete cubes, or cylinders, which are located on either side of the road; four rows are visible on the north side and three rows on the south side.
