Listed Building Description
SP 1400-1500 FAIRFORD LONDON STREET (north side) 14/174 The White House GV II
Semi-detached house. Late C18. Ashlar front on random coursed rubble, on plinth, with string courses between floors and stone moulded eaves. Stone slate roof to front, rest in slate, rendered end stacks to right on both ranges. Double range, 3 storeys. Three windows, 9-pane sashes to second floor, 12-pane to first and ground floor, with recessed door to left of 6 fielded panels with rectangulr fanlight with margin glazing, up 2 stone steps, the lower one projecting into the street being semi-circular. {Source Work 2383.}
